Patricia Beary received her law degree from St John's University School of Law and her LLM in Federal Taxation from New York University School of Law. She is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States Tax Court, the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and the State Courts of Arizona and of New York. She has tried tax cases in the United States Tax Court and in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. She has litigated tax and bankruptcy matters in the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Arizona, the District of Connecticut, and the Central District of California. Patricia Beary has argued appeals in the United States Tax Court in Washington D.C. and in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. After 26 years with the Federal Government, Patricia Beary opened her law practice in Phoenix in 2008.
